FidelityCheckOnline.com is a Ltd company incorporated in the UK. With the new EU GDPR
(General Data Protection Regulations) we assure you that your data security remains important
to us. The personal identifiable information you provide will be processed in accordance with the
Data Protection Act 2018 and other applicable laws.

We will use your information to keep you
updated of your investigation and so that we can process your order. This includes administering
any accounts, processing your bank/credit card details to obtain payment,

What information do we hold?
Personal identifiable information may include but is not limited to your name, email address. We do not hold
credit card details. All payments are made via our payment provider ‘Stripe’.

When you subscribe via our website we only keep those details we need to keep so that we can contact and
warn you of suspicious behavior or suspected infidelity. We do not keep data for longer than is necessary and if
you decide not to use our services all data connected to your investigation will be permanently deleted. By
continuing with our services, you agree to your data being used for investigation purposes.

We will keep, securely, a record of all investigations by date, email and client name. If it becomes necessary we
will contact you be email. We keep subject(s) name and information for the duration of our investigation for
matching and investigation purposes only. All partner information is encrypted and only available in an
unencrypted form for our investigators use if there is a match.

All our data is stored securely within the EU. Our data is never reproduced as a hard copy, should it be for any reason it will be shredded after use.

What will we do with this information?
We will only ever contact you with enquiries, updates and reports/invoices relating to instructions you have
provided FidelityCheckOnline.com. We will never pass your details onto a third party, conduct marketing or
contact you after you have decided not to use our services.
